Node.js & React, with a mobile companion app built in React Native / Expo for the GPS attendance module.

Serverless Compute

Runs on AWS Lambda via a universal container approach (Lambda Web Adapter), so the same Docker image runs identically on Lambda in production and locally via Docker Compose in development.

Data & Storage

Amazon RDS for relational patient, scheduling, and analytics data, with JWT-based authentication across web and mobile clients.

CI/CD

Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines via GitHub Actions, so changes reach production safely and consistently.

Containerization

Docker-based architecture across a 3-tier, multi-environment setup (development, staging, production), ensuring parity between local and cloud environments.

Security

JWT authentication, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and role-based access control across clinical and administrative staff.

Where It Came From

Built In The Clinic, Not In A Boardroom

Before it was software, PhysioGrowthOS was a set of internal tools we built to solve our own problems at DCPR — messy scheduling, scattered patient records, and no clear view of what was actually working in the business. Genespirit Private Limited, DCPR's parent company, turned those internal tools into a product other physiotherapy centres across India and South Asia can use too.
